Microsoft organized a premier online event for business leaders, the "Employee Engagement Summit". The organizers wanted to attract HR professionals to attend the webinar. Traditional digital advertising wasn't reaching the right target audience.

What we did

Kayaw reached out to SHRM, the world's leading HR professional society. We designed and executed a niche advertising campaign, using ads in SHRM newsletters and on the SHRM website.

Images and copy were tested rapidly using Facebook ads.

 

Results

As a direct result of this campaign, almost 1,600 HR professionals registered in 2 weeks. Visits to the webinar landing page converted at 34%.
